Niels Grevenstuk - Founder, The AdLead

Niels has built his career at the intersection of sport, culture and commerce. From 17 years at Heineken, including leading the global UEFA Champions League activation across 70+ markets, to Head of International Partnerships at AFC Ajax, where he built the club's international business from the ground up and opened offices in New York, Dubai and Guangzhou.

After roles as Global Head of Sports at ATPI and Marketing Director at Tribe Company, he founded The AdLead, an agency that connects brands with the culture that matters.
